Join Dr. Yami as she shows you how to create delicious meals that help decrease your risk of diabetes and heart disease. In this two-hour class, she will demonstrate 6 nutritious and easy recipes and you will receive plenty of education on how you have the power to change your health destiny. You will be given class materials and will have the opportunity to sample the recipes.

This is a very informative and fun class where you will have ample opportunity to ask questions.

This class will be held at Nourish Wellness: 3105 Summitview Ave, Ste. C, 98902. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in as class starts promptly at 5:30 pm.
